Maryly Louise Dahlquist

Maryly Louise Dahlquist, 81, died Wednesday, March 2, 2022, surrounded by her loving family. She was greatly loved by her husband, children, grandchildren and their families and her sister and brother.

The daughter of Karl Hart Ehresman and Marjorie Louise (Buck) Ehresman, Maryly was born August 14, 1940, in Los Angeles. On August 19, 1960, she married James “Jim” Raymond Dahlquist at Grandview Presbyterian Church in Glendale, California.

Survived by husband Jim, daughters Kimberly (Dave) Schall, Karen (Frank) Spear, son Ronald (Laura) Dahlquist; ten grandchildren – Amy (Andy) Salmon, Zachery (Amber) Schall, Alex Schall, Emily Schall, Sarah Schall, Ryan Spear, Brittany Spear, Meagan Spear, Grace Dahlquist, Adeline Dahlquist; two-great-grandchildren – Liliana Spear and Rhea Salmon; sister Julie (Ehresman) Zavala and Brother Tom Ehresman and a dear niece and nephews.

Graveside services for family will be held at 10:00 A.M., Friday, March 11th at Oak Hill Cemetery, Geneva, IL. Pastor Brian Coffey, Chapelstreet Church officiating.

Donations in Maryly’s name may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or to Chapelstreet Church, 2300 South Street, Geneva, IL. 60134.
