Obituary

Paul P. Ladurini, age 88, of St. Charles died early Saturday August 3, 2019 in St. Charles after a 15 inning White Sox win.

He was born August 4, 1930 in  Highwood, Il. Exactly one year after his mother and brother arrived from Italy to join his father.

Before his retirement he was the owner of the Highland Park Sports Shop.

He and Betty moved to St. Charles in 1987 and quickly made friends by joining the St. John Neumann Silver Foxes. They enjoyed many trips and events with the group. Paul played cards with some of the remaining members who faithfully visited him when he was sick. Thank you all.

Mr. Ladurini is survived by two daughters, Margo Arndt of Highland Park, Sue (Dan) Klinkhamer of St. Charles, four grandchildren, Nancy Craig, Tim Arndt and Kevin Klinkhamer and Julie (Aaron) Pankoke, three great grandchildren, Heather (Alvaro) Perez, Amanda Craig and Anna Pankoke and two great-great grandchildren, Ellie and Hazael Perez. Also his sister Josephine (Henry) Peddle and Many nieces and nephews.

Mr. Ladurini was preceded in death by his wife of 68 years Betty Ladurini.

Also, his sister, Dora Phillips and a brother, Leo Ladurini

The family  would also like to thank Theresa Andrews, APN for her compassionate care during his CHF journey. Also to Gayle Bowling and Inspirations for their loving care.

Funeral mass will be held 10:30 A.M. Wednesday  at St. John Neumann Catholic Church, 2900 East Main Street, (Rt. 64), St. Charles, Illinois. Burial will be held at Union Cemetery, St. Charles. Visitation will be 4 to 7:00 P.M. Tuesday at Yurs Funeral Home, 405 E Main Street, St. Charles. In Lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to The Fox Valley Special Recreation Association
