Susan Jarzemski, age 73,  passed away unexpectedly on October 20, 2017 in St. Charles, IL.

She was born in Chicago, IL on June 20th, 1944 to Walter and Lorraine Woertz and united in marriage to Robert Jarzemski for 54 years, who was the love of her life.

Many knew her as a hostess, receptionist and “Mom” for many years at Houlihan’s &  Tricocci’s in Stratford Square Mall before moving to Phoenix, AZ in 1994. There she quickly became the salon receptionist that everyone wanted to have work for them, and continued to do so with passion until this day.

Susan was a loving wife and mother who loved to spend time with her family and friends, and shop & read. Known for her fashion and style she was a gifted seamstress and clothes designer.  She could always be counted on to give good advise and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She loved life and what God had provided. She always had a smile for sunny days & the clinking of a glass to cheers those she loved. Her last gift to someone was the gift of sight.

She is survived by her much loved husband Robert, daughter Diane (Doug) Eageny, son Brad (Carri), granddaughter Michelle Eageny, sisters Debbie (Patrick) Riordan and Leslie (David) Mihalik, and many family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Ronald.
