Thomas A. Elkins, Sr. age 78 of St. Charles, passed away Friday December 17, 2021 at his home.
He was born April 30, 1943 in Chicago, Il. The son of the late Thomas and Erna Elkins.
Thomas loved Fishing, Gardening and spending time with his three grandsons. He was the best sports spectator ever attending as many of the sports and activities his grandsons participated in.
Thomas loved his wife Margaret dearly and continued to tell stories of how they met and that she was the most beautiful woman he had ever seen. His eyes would sparkle when speaking of his love for her.
He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Margaret. Three children, Thomas Jr., Annette (Jim) Rochelle, and Michelle (Charlie) Conklin. Also, three grandchildren, Lewis Rochelle, and Tyler and Dylan Conklin. Tom also is survived by his brother, Terry (Joanne) Elkins, and his sister, Trudy Wrzesinski.
