Born February 22, 1961, in Evanston, Illinois, passed away suddenly on December 5, 2024, at his home in St. Charles, Illinois. Tom graduated from St. Charles High School in in 1979 and then served honorably in the United States Army as a military police officer. For the past 35 years, Tom worked as a driver for Jewel Food Stores. 

He is survived by his wife Mary Ann (Brauer) and his sons Ryan Hoscheit and Jonathan Hoscheit. He is also survived by his parents Donald and Geraldine Hoscheit, his sister Donna (Dennis) Blaase, and his brothers Donald (Donna) Hoscheit, John (Teri) Hoscheit, and William (Alicia) Hoscheit as well as many nieces and nephews. 

Tom was always willing to lend a hand to those in need. He loved to take his family on road trips to historic places.  He had a passion for the outdoors and was an avid fisherman and snowmobiler. He and Mary Ann spent many vacations together in the Northwoods, where they had planned on retiring.  

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
