Todd B. Hillquist, 52, died at The Grove in St. Charles, on Thursday, September 13.
He was born on January 9, 1966 in St. Charles to parents, Terry and Joyce (Petrosky) Hillquist.
Todd attended Lincoln College earning an associate degree and worked as a heavy equipment operator. He was a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church in Batavia. The Moose, the Midwest Operating Engineers UnionĀ and the Teamsters.
He liked to fish, but LOVED a big steak !
Survived by his mother, Joyce Hillquist; 3 children, Elizabeth, 20, Margaret, 17 and Michael, 14 of Batavia, whom he shared with former wife Kim (Marlewski) Hillquist; Aunt JoAnn (Petrosky) Watters and Uncles Jim Watters and Ron Hillquist.
Preceded in death by his father, Terry Hillquist and brother, Joel Hillquist.
Funeral Mass will be held 10:30 A.M. Saturday September 22 at Holy Cross Catholic Church, 2300 Main St., Batavia. A private burial is planned. Visitation will be from 4 to 8:00 P.M. Friday, September 21 at Yurs Funeral Home in St. Charles.
