Virginia K. Speakman, 94, of St. Charles, died Saturday, December 31, 2022, at Bickford in St. Charles.

She was born May 7, 1928, in Clayton Center, Iowa. The daughter of the late Elmer and Alice Seeland.

Virginia is survived by daughters, Cindy (Jeff) Lange, and Cathy (Richard) Storm. Stepsons, David (Liz) Speakman, Steve (Terry) Speakman, Kevin Speakman, and Tom (Kathryn) Speakman. Three grandchildren, Kelley (Rick) Lawson, Jennifer (Ryan) Eberdt, and Christina (Cameron) Lichtenberg. Her great grandchildren, Jansen, Cameron, Ty, Callie, Catie, Jordy, Caroline, and Raelynn. Also, nephew Max (LeAnn) Seeland and a sister-in-law, Marvel Seeland.

She was preceded in death by her husbands, Harlan Sober and Ike Speakman.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. Thursday at Yurs Funeral Home St. Charles.  Funeral Services will follow the visitation at 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home.

Burial will be at Union Cemetery St. Charles. Memorials may be made to Bethlehem Lutheran Church in St. Charles.
