Condolences

Bobbie Kott from Wheeling, IL

"Mr. Leppert was one of my English professors at St. Dominic. He was an interesting and fun person in class. I learned a lot from him. I myself am a retired educator. Condolences to his family. RIP"

Jim Allen from Naperville, IL

"So sorry to hear of Bill's passing. We were colleagues at College of DuPage from 1992 until his retirement. I was always impressed by his passion for teaching. He's still missed in our department by those who he worked with."

Connie Canaday Howard from Downers Grove, IL

""...May flights of angels sing thee to thy rest..." Bill was a lovely person, and he was a mentor and colleague of mine at College of DuPage from '88 until he retired. Though I have many memories of Bill, one of my favorites was of him driving the van to Stratford, Ontario, to the Shakespeare Festival, for a Field Studies class which combined Theatre and English. He regaled us with stories, and jokes, all the way there, at every meal (as most of us met up for meals and/or drinks, later), and all the way back. I think I'm a better teacher, and person, for having known Bill. Sending all good thoughts to Judy and his family."

Judy Horn from Greensboro, NC

"Bill was such a joy to work with at College of DuPage. He had such a wonderful sense of humor. I have such fond memories of him. My condolences to his family."
