I was one of his many fortunate recipients of UPS deliveries in Wayne, and so enjoyed when he could linger and chat awhile. He knew everyone's dogs, always left treats, let the dogs come up into his truck, as my last one would see any UPS truck in town as she was usually with me in car and she would get so excited thinking it had to be Billy! He will be sorely missed, as I pray for comfort and healing for his loved ones, two & four footed. 💛"
